THIS MONTH IS ABOUT ELIMINATING AND DETOXING OF TODAY’S INFLAMMATORY FOODS AND TOXIC SUBSTANCES
Weeks 1-4 are all about getting rid of the toxic food that is contributing to possible health concerns. The four top offenders for health issues are wheat and gluten, soy, dairy, and sugar today. You will be taking this all out gradually from your diet, but given great substitutions so you will NEVER feel deprived or feel like you are missing out on the joy of eating and enjoying food.
WEEK ONE
Gluten and refined “junk” carbs are creating quite a stirring in the nutrition world and in our guts affecting everything from weight loss struggles to cognitive decline. Learn which grains to ditch and which to stock your pantries with that won’t give you that “Grain Brain” or “Wheat Belly”. See GREAT results in this week alone!
WEEK TWO
